- Someone at your job getting a promotion that makes you feel that you are not good enough.
- Your partner is spending a lot of time outside of the home.
If you feel jealous, chances are that you are insecure, and you are afraid because of things that have happened in your past. Maybe you need to learn to communicate more and to learn to speak about your feelings.
When you are feeling jealous, you need to learn to talk about it and learn to understand the triggers. When you have these feelings, learn to talk about them and learn to understand what is going on in your heart.
