Live Your Best Life

People want to be happy and have a good life. We want to feel like we are connected to ourselves, our world and to other people. We want to be a part of the universe and to make a difference in everything we do.

We also want to be able to be proud of what we have accomplished and to know that we lived the best life we could live.

Everyone is different as to what they feel their best life is. Life is full of values and full of differences and each person must choose what makes them happy.

Stopping the Best Life

Living the best life is what you feel a best life is. Whatever you want to do in your life will depend on if you feel your life is your best life or not. What kind of expectations do you have? What does happiness mean to you? Sometimes people base their happiness on what the world expects and these kind of expectations can cause stress and hardships because of what society believes.

Society has a long list of expectations such as what to wear, what kind of career to have, what kind of relationships to be in and more. They want people to be connected but sometimes it seems like the world brings the opposite feelings. Trying to do what society believes does not always make people happy and it is up to you to decide what happiness means.

Being the Best You

If you want to be the best part of yourself, be who you are and not what other people want you to be. Pay attention to what you are good at and what makes you feel happy and stress free.

Stop forcing yourself to do what other people want you to do and remind yourself that it is your life and not someone else’s.

Look at You

Figure out who you are and notice how you respond to things that happen to you. Pay attention to your habits and what makes you feel good and what upsets you.

Notice things in your life and if you need to, write a list of what makes you happy and what makes you unhappy.

Bad Habits

Take time to notice the bad habits that you have and figure out what would make you feel good. If you spend too much time watching television or on social media, does that make you feel drained? Do you feel sick after you have a glass of wine late or eat a lot of sugar?

Do you regret things you do? Look at these things and figure out what gives you happiness and builds your energy and then stop doing the other things that cause you to be drained and unhappy.

Set Goals

After you know what makes you happy and what doesn’t, figure out other things that can give you a good life.

Know what your purpose is and set goals. Figure out goals that you can reach and work towards them each day. Define your goals and even take time to write them down. By writing down your goals, it can help you to stick with them and to make them happy.

There is a difference between setting goals and setting intentions. You need to make sure that you are being positive in your intentions and your goal setting and you will get things done faster.

Intentions are more motivating because when you do not reach a goal, it can be stressful or upsetting but if you do not reach an intention, you know you can try again.

Write down your goals and your intentions and figure out what time frame you can work it out in. If your goal is to work out, start a couple times a week and then focus on reaching that.

Best Life

Imagine what your best life looks like to you. What does it make you feel? What can you reach that can give you a positive mind?

Imagine your goal and focus on it. Once you accomplish a step towards it, let your mind go further and let your intentions and your goals happen.

Figure out how you can reach your goals, how to get to them and what you will feel when you reach them. Ask yourself questions so that you can know you are taking good steps.

Ways to Live a Best Life

Here are some ways you can reach a best life:

Pay Attention

No matter what happens, you can do more than you imagine. Take time to reach one goal and focus on what you need to get done. Focusing can help you be productive in your life.

Action

Take action and responsibility in your life. Always know that there is failures and successes and you need to work towards your goal and if failure happens, dust off and keep going.

Present

Stop living in the past and live in the present. Do not get stuck because things do not happen right away. Change your mindset and stop putting things off. Take action to be the best you can be.

Declutter

Declutter things where you live and in your life. Spend time with people that are positive and stop being around people that are always negative. Find out what brings you happiness and if it doesn’t, get rid of it.

People can cause your life to feel bad and drained and take away your joy. If you have people like this, find people that make you feel good to be around.

Make it Simple

Never forget about the simple things you have in life. Focus on these things and when you are feeling bad, figure out what to be thankful for and do it. One of the best things to give you happiness is to go out of your way to be thankful for what you have.

Write it Down

Take time to write things down. If you feel negative, write it down and why. Writing your thoughts on paper can help you to understand what you are going through in your life.

When you overthink things or when you feel stressed, write down why. Keep learning and keep moving forward. Do not be afraid of what you are feeling and write it down. If you are interested in something that you do not know about, write it down and then research it. Stop getting stuck in a routine where you are not able to go outside of what makes you comfortable.

Write down a bucket list and check it off as you complete it.

Make Their Day

Be good to other people. When you are kind to others, it can make you feel happy and make you feel good. Leave small gifts for people secretly or just say nice things to someone. Think about small things people have done to you that make you feel good. These things can make a big difference in the lives of those around you.

Body

Eat healthy and work out. Each good foods such as fruits and vegetables, drink a lot of water and go work out at the gym.

You do not have to over push yourself, instead do things you like to do such as yoga or dancing. Be motivated to be better. Rest well and get up to 9 hours a sleep each night. If you are not getting enough sleep, it can cause you to have bad days.

Inner Self

Stop letting your inner self make you feel not good enough. Find out what you are good at, change things you are not and let yourself be uncomfortable.

If you feel like you are doing something wrong, make reasons why it is wrong and how you can fix it.

Change Plans

When you have to change a plan, do not let it stress you out and get you down. Learn to be flexible. Live the best life you can live.
